Official post is personal. So we tell you plainly where your data is kept, who can see it and what happens to it.
Stored in Frankfurt
Your letters, files and account data are stored in data centres in Frankfurt, Germany. Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Only your household sees your letters
Only you and the people you invite to your household can see your letters. Our admin tools show only counts and technical status – no letter contents, senders or bank transactions. Every admin access is logged.
How your letter is read
To read and explain a letter, we send its photo or PDF and its text to an external AI service. Questions you ask the assistant are processed there too.
Nothing without your approval
MeinHelfer never sends or pays anything without your approval. You send reply drafts yourself.
Export and delete
You can download your data as a file at any time and delete your account yourself. After a 14-day grace period, everything is erased.
No ads

Is there a mobile app?
The iOS and Android apps are coming soon. You can already use MeinHelfer in your browser – on your phone just as well as on a computer.
